If you need to decline or turn back an assignment, please do so through me. If it is a varsity assignment, I will locate a suitable replacement and handle the situation with HSL office. Local assignments will be handled directly.
Do not send me an email and assume that I will see it. If it is a turnback or decline situation, you must call me. If you do not get me, leave a voice mail. Again, do not assume that I will get the message. If you do not get an acknowledgement from me, follow up.
Working together, we will ensure that coverage is provided for all games.
